"'The problem with long term injuries is that you almost accept that it's just the way it is. Well, actually, that's not the case. You just need to see the right therapist. Sarah fixed a long-term problem for me in one session. Yes, just one session. She inspires a confidence that can often be missing. She knows her stuff, inspires confidence and is a safe pair of hands. I cannot recommend her enough." – Ms. H

TESTIMONIALS
"Sarah has been brilliant in getting me back to triathlon training after a knee problem.
She is thorough and knowledgeable, with a positive attitude. Her initial assessment was careful and complete and the graded, tailored exercise program she recommended was perfectly suited to each step of my rehabilitation. I am delighted to be back running pain-free - thank you Sarah!"

"I can thoroughly recommend Sarah Fellows Pilates classes, I feel they have made a tremendous difference to my overall fitness and muscle tone.
The classes are not only effective, but also relaxing and enjoyable; Sarah not only explains and demonstrates all the exercises brilliantly, but will also tailor them to individual needs if necessary. She also comes round each class member to ensure the exercises are being carried out correctly.
Having attended other classes in the past, I have no hesitation in saying Sarah's are by far the best because of the small class size and Sarah's hands-on approach."

"Sarah has been the only professional to actually identify my problem with my knee pain. I am pleased to say after listening and doing exactly what Sarah recommended I was able to start running and my running form has improved significantly."

"'I first went to see Sarah with very tight shoulders and neck. This was the best decision and the best use of an hour! I came out feeling taller and much more positive about how I can maintain a better posture. Sarah is quite simply amazing, incredibly professional and has a meticulous eye for detail. She wouldn't let me leave until she was happy that I was even on both shoulders. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sarah. She will be pivotal in helping you stay injury and niggle free"
